Payment & Shipping Times
We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK same day if before 1pm or next working day if after 1pm although some bigger items come from our warehouse in china the lead time on these item is 7-10 day no customs fees will need to be paid. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
Orders can take up too 10 days to arrive due to current conditions so please be patient
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
